1. Acceptance

By using What Should I Cook?, you agree to these Terms.

2. App purpose

The app provides recipe discovery, ingredient-based search, AI cooking suggestions, guest-menu ideas, shopping checklist tools, and user recipe management.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. The app may support email/password login and Google Sign-In.

4. User content

You may create recipes and upload related content. You keep ownership of your content, but grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, process, and operate it inside the app.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, upload unlawful content, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. AI suggestions

AI-generated cooking suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review all outputs before relying on them.

7. Food safety and allergies

You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergies, food safety, cooking temperatures, expiration dates, and dietary restrictions.

8. Intellectual property

The app, design, branding, and software are owned by SITA Systems or its licensors.

9. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to maintain reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version on this page.
